Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review this policy when purchasing our products.

Available delivery options depend on the store owner and the products in your cart. Checkout will show the options currently supported by that store.

All times and dates given for delivery are estimates only and given in good faith. For manual EFT orders, preparation and delivery timelines start after payment proof has been submitted and payment has been confirmed. In some cases a third-party delivery provider or independent store owner may be responsible for preparing or sending your products.

Individual store owners may provide optional shipping or processing notes for their own products. If a store owner has not provided a shipping policy, this BOOA Studios default shipping policy applies. Store-specific policies cannot override BOOA Studios platform rules, delivery availability, or customer protection requirements.

We do not offer international shipping. BOOA Studios currently serves Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa only.

For PAXI Standard and PAXI Express deliveries, your parcel will be sent to your nearest PEP/PAXI store. Once your parcel arrives:

• You will receive an SMS with a collection PIN
• Head to your selected PEP/PAXI store with your ID and PIN
• Present both to collect your parcel

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated delivery date. If a store has paused orders or is not ready to accept new orders, checkout may block new orders from that store until it is ready again.

You can track your order status at any time by visiting My Account or using your order tracking link from your confirmation email. Manual EFT orders may show payment stages such as awaiting proof, proof submitted, payment confirmed, or proof rejected.
